Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify it and will only ship to the address provided at checkout. For security reasons, the shipping and billing addresses must match. Delivery details cannot be altered at any time.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we process orders as they come in. We are unable to combine shipping for multiple orders to the same address. All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to change our product listings on the website without prior notice and may, from time to time, limit the quantity of products that may be ordered in a single session. We also retain the right to modify or discontinue any products. In the event a product is discontinued after your order but before shipping, we will provide a full refund.
Order Status
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a Royal Mail tracking code. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sales Tax
Currently, as a UK-based business, we are not subject to sales tax regulations. Therefore, we do not apply any sales tax to orders shipping within the UK. Please note that this policy is in line with UK tax laws and may be subject to change if regulations change.
Price Adjustments
If an item you have purchased is later listed at a lower price on our website, we are happy to offer a refund for the difference. This is applicable for orders placed within 7 days of the price adjustment. To claim this adjustment, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
